Overview

A new eligibility test for school librarians in Bihar.

BSEB has notified the School Librarian Eligibility Test 2026 under Advertisement P.R. 221/2026. Like the STET, it does not itself give a job: passing it makes you eligible to be appointed as a librarian in Bihar's government schools through a separate recruitment.

Applications run from 1 to 21 October 2026 on the SLET registration portal. The paper is computer-based.
